Instructions to Download Text Documents

The MMP offers a series of documents to complement the MMP Database. The codebooks contain the list of variables and coding scheme used in each individual file. The appendices provide further supplementary information such as year of survey, state and place codes, etc. The questionnaires are the instruments developed and used by the MMP to gather its data.

All MMP text documents are available for download in Adobe Acrobat's Portable Document Format (). They require an Acrobat file viewer such as Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Exchange from Adobe Systems, Incorporated. Acrobat Reader is available at no charge from Adobe Systems' Web Site. (DOS, Windows, Mac, and Unix versions are available.)
